Apply a small pea size amount to various tender points of the body like the neck, chest, abdomen, forearms and or inner thighs.

Women apply 2x a day for 3 weeks and off for 1 week. For women that are menstrating they will stop using during that week. For women that are NOT menstrating then you can pick a week to not apply the cream.

Men can apply the cream daily with NO break required. Apply to various tender points of the body.
